Shamika 2 Gold
Shamika2Gold was established as a spin-off from Canadian-based Shamika Resources, a company in the business of mineral exploration and the development of natural resource properties. The first of three spin-offs intended to increase shareholder value, the company concentrates exclusively on gold exploration and the uncovering and acquisition of properties in the early stages of production around the world.
Shamika2Gold became public in March 2010 and started trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the symbol "SHMX".
Shamika2Gold is looking to expand its activities through the acquisition of attractive early-stage gold production opportunities in other parts of the world. As an internationally-focused junior mining company, Shamika2Gold has also established connections in parts of Asia, a continent that is relatively unexplored and represents significant opportunities for companies willing to undergo the rigor of operations in this continent.
